The third annual food competition
Sino-USA Next Generation Foundation will hold an annual fundraising event, “Home-style Food Competition“, on May 5th, 2012. We welcome all families and friends to join us and enjoy the best home style Chinese food.
  
Sino-USA Next Generation Foundation has successfully held the “Home-style Food Competition” event the past two years. The foundation has raised money from events to provide financial aid to sixty seven students in Sichuan, Tianjin, Qinghai and Yunnan provinces in China. These students are among the top in their schools and all come from families who live in extreme poverty.
In order to raise more money to support more students, please invite your friends and their families to come to the event.

Requirements:
  • Every family brings in one or more dish enough at least for your own family. Name the dish for the competition and share with everyone after the competition
  • $5 per person to cover drinks, silverware and other maintenance expenses.
  • If you cannot bring food, $15 per person for 12+ years, $10 for 6 – 12 years and free for 6 and under.
  • No registration needed.
  
This competition will be judged by experts for the awards of the year of 2012:
  1. One grand-rank chef of Atlanta
  2. Three first-rank chef of Atlanta
  3. Six second-rank chef of Atlanta
  4. Several third-rank chef of Atlanta
  5. The best team of chefs
Organizer:
The Sino-USA Next Generation Foundation and other organizations in local community and Atlanta area Chinese restaurants.

The Sino-USA Next Generation Foundation is an IRS registered 501 © (3) non-profit organization. Its main goal is to help those outstanding students from poor families to complete their high school education and become contributing citizens.
  
This board of this Foundation is a group of volunteers from different business and professional areas. The principles of the Foundation are:
  • All volunteers, no pay or compensation in any form.
  • No travel expenses will be paid from the Foundation to any volunteers.
  • All aids will be handed to the students or their families directly by volunteers working for this organization without any middle-agents.
  • All funds donated to the Foundation can only be used for students aid and Foundation operations (for example, website maintenance and company registration fee)
